8-13D-9-18: LAND USE PATTERNS:
Existing land use patterns on-site and within one mile of the Hidden Springs property are consistent with the rural residential and agricultural land uses surrounding the Boise metropolitan area. Specific uses include dry land grazing, both irrigated and non-irrigated agriculture, rural residential (homesites on parcels from one (1) to twenty-five (25) acres), undeveloped rural land and a landfill parcel that is owned by Ada County.
