8-1-9: SEVERABILITY AND SAVINGS CLAUSE:
Should any section, clause, or regulation of this Title be declared by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the same shall not affect the validity of this Title, or any part thereof, other than the part so declared to be invalid; each section, clause, or regulation hereof being declared severable.
