8-13C-12: STANDARDS FOR ENERGY AND WATER CONSERVATION:
A. Development standards for energy and water conservation shall be consistent with the Dry Creek Ranch Design Guidelines, as located within the Dry Creek Ranch Comprehensive Plan.
B. Energy Conservation: All new construction shall meet or exceed the requirements of the Energy Conservation Code as set forth in Title 7, Chapter 2 of this Code.
C. Water Conservation: All landscaping shall comply with the water conservation requirements of Section 8-13C-17 of this Article.
