8-1-3: SCOPE:
A. This Title consists of the most recently adopted and amended zoning text, official zoning maps, and subdivision regulations. Copies are available for review at the Ada County Development Services Department. This Title and all its terms are to be read and interpreted with consideration to the designations of the official zoning maps (see Section 8-2-4).
B. This Title applies to any of the following in the unincorporated areas of Ada County:
1. The height, number of stories, size, construction, reconstruction, alteration, repair or use of buildings and structures;
2. The percentage of lot occupancy, size of courts, yards, and open spaces;
3. The density of population;
4. The location and use of buildings and structures;
5. Any subdivision; and
6. Standards for building or development.
