8-1-1: TITLE:
A. This Title is known and cited as the ADA COUNTY ZONING ORDINANCE. The Ada County Zoning Ordinance is published by authority of the Board of Commissioners and kept up to date as provided in Section 1-1-3
of the County Code.
B. Within this document, the Ada County Zoning Ordinance is referred to as "this Title" or the "Zoning Ordinance."
