8-13B-14: GRADING REQUIREMENT:
Grading within Cartwright Ranch shall be in conformance with this Title and Title 7, Chapter 2, "Building Codes," of this code. Grading on slopes greater than fifteen percent (15%) shall comply with the hillside adaptive grading standards found in Cartwright Ranch Comprehensive Plan policies CR 5.3-2, CR 6.1-1, and 12.1-2.
