8-9-6: COUNTY ENGINEER:
A. The County Engineer shall administer engineering matters.
B. The County Engineer shall provide information to the public on engineering matters.
C. The County Engineer may examine the following applications:
1. Floodplain permit.
2. Modification or expansion to an approved conditional use.
3. Modification or expansion to an approved master site plan.
4. One time division of a property.
5. Property boundary adjustment.
6. Expansion or extension of nonconforming use or structure.
7. Joint applications as shown in Table 8-6-2-1.
8. Master site plan.
9. Private road.
10. Subdivision of property.
