8-5-5: EASEMENTS:
A. The subdivision plat shall provide easements for utilities, drainage, and irrigation abutting to all public street right of way and subdivision boundaries, and where considered necessary, centered on the interior property lines.
B. Those easements shall have a minimum width of ten feet (10').
C. Where a subdivision is transversed by a watercourse, appropriate easements shall be provided.
