1-12-1: STATEMENT OF PURPOSE:
The Board of Ada County Commissioners has determined that County business requires public meetings be held more often than once per month. The Board has further determined that these meetings should be held at the most convenient times for the general public to attend. The purpose of this chapter is to establish additional days and times for the conduct of County business in accordance with Idaho Code sections 31-710(1) and 74-204. (Ord. 251, 8-18-1992; amd.
