8-4-66: SEASONAL FARMWORKER HOUSING:

   A.   Justification: The application shall specify the season and crop for which the housing is required. The housing shall not be occupied or otherwise used as dwelling units other than during the specifically permitted period.

   B.   Sewage And Water: All housing shall have adequate sewage and water facilities as provided in Section 8-3-5. If recreational vehicles are proposed as dwelling units, such recreational vehicles shall have power, water, and sewer hookups.

   C.   Accessory Uses: Accessory uses including, but not limited to, management headquarters, recreation areas, coin operated laundry facilities, and communal toilets and showers, may be allowed if such facilities are designated on the facility master site plan and are to be used only by residents of the facility.

   D.   Separation: No structure shall be closer than one hundred feet (100') from an abutting property within a residential district or residential use. No structure shall be closer than ten feet (10') from any other structure.

   E.   Access Drives/Parking: Access drives and parking areas shall have a durable and dust free surface, and the area shall be graded so as to drain all surface water from the driveways.

   F.   Enforcement: If the owner is found to be in violation of any of the standards listed in this Section, the approval or permit shall be revoked. Upon revocation of a permit or approval, the owner may not reapply for housing for any location in the County for a period of three (3) years following the date of revocation.
