8-4-55: PROCESSING PLANTS FOR AGRICULTURAL OR DAIRY PRODUCTS:
A. Separation: All structures or outdoor activity areas shall be located at least three hundred feet (300') from any property line. The use shall be located at least one thousand feet (1,000') from any residential district, residential use, or approved medical care facility use.
B. Regulatory Compliance Documentation: The application materials shall include written documentation that the proposed facility meets any applicable federal, state, or local standards regarding such use including, but not limited to, those of the Environmental Protection Agency, the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Central District Health Department, and Idaho Department of Water Resources.
