8-4-52: PORTABLE CLASSROOM:
A. Portable classrooms that are not indicated on an approved conditional use require administrative approval. A proposed use that cannot meet all of the following specific use standards requires conditional use approval:
1. The portable classroom shall not be located in the front yard of the principal school structure.
2. The portable classroom shall not be located in any required yard.
3. The placement of the portable classroom shall not reduce the number of required off-street parking spaces.
