8-4-47: OFFICE, ACCESSORY:
A. Where Permitted: An accessory office is allowed for an approved use.
B. Area:
1. The office shall not occupy more than twenty-five percent (25%) of the gross floor area of the approved use.
2. If the approved primary use is not located in a structure, the office structure shall not occupy more than five percent (5%) of the property area on which the primary use is located or five thousand (5,000) square feet, whichever is less.
