8-4-31: HEAVY EQUIPMENT SALES OR SERVICE:
A. Enclosure:
1. All repair activities (including, but not limited to, open pits and lifts) shall occur within an enclosed structure.
2. Inoperable or dismantled equipment shall be stored behind a sight obscuring fence, wall, or screen or within an enclosed structure, and shall not be visible from any street or private road.
B. Outdoor Storage Area: Outdoor storage of accessories, replacement parts, or discarded parts shall comply with the Outdoor Storage Area specific use standards in this Chapter.
