8-4-24: EVENT CENTER:
A. Setbacks: All structures shall meet the minimum required setbacks for the applicable base district, or a thirty-five foot (35') minimum setback from any public street and twenty-five feet (25') from any other property line, whichever is greater.
B. Food Service: Any food service shall be approved by the Central District Health Department.
