8-4-22: DWELLING, CARETAKER:
A. Justification: A caretaker dwelling is allowed if:
1. It is needed to house the owner or the owner's employee of an approved use; and
2. Need for the caretaker dwelling is justified for reasons of upkeep on the property, supervision of operations, and/or guarding materials stored on site.
B. Employee Residence: The caretaker dwelling shall be occupied by households where at least one individual is an employee.
C. Number Of Additional Dwellings: No more than one permanent additional dwelling (including, but not limited to, principally permitted dwelling, caretaker dwelling, additional farm dwelling, or secondary dwelling) is permitted on a property.
