8-4-6: ASPHALT OR CONCRETE READY MIX PLANT:
A. Accessory Use: Asphalt mixing and concrete batching may be allowed as accessory uses to a pit, mine, or quarry in the Rural Preservation (RP) and Rural Residential (RR) districts.
B. Separation: Any structure or equipment shall be set back at least one thousand feet (1,000') from any dwelling other than the dwelling of the owner or caretaker of the subject property.
C. Outdoor Storage Area: Outdoor storage areas shall comply with the specific use standards of this Chapter.
