Ordinance Text
7-2-2: EXCEPTIONS TO REGULATIONS:
This chapter does not apply to agricultural buildings as defined in section 8-1A-1 of this Code. Such agricultural buildings shall not be a place of human habitation or a place of employment where agricultural products are processed, treated, packaged, sold, or a place used by the public.
