6-3-4: EXCEPTIONS TO RESTRICTIONS:
This chapter is not meant to affect in any way the right of a business invitee to enter upon the land of another in pursuit of his business, nor to affect the right of an invitee to approach any private residence by way of a driveway when said invitee approaches a house with implied consent of the owner.
