5-8-4: LANDOWNER AND CITIZEN DUTIES:
Pursuant to section 22-2407, Idaho Code, as it may be amended or retitled from time to time, it is the duty and responsibility of all landowners to control noxious weeds on their land and property and to reimburse the county control authority for control work performed because of failure to comply with the requirements of this chapter.
