5-8-2: AUTHORITY AND PURPOSE:
This chapter is enacted pursuant to authority conferred by article 12, section 2, Idaho constitution, and sections 31-714, 31-801, 22-2405, 22-2409, Idaho Code, as may be amended or retitled from time to time. Its purpose is to provide procedures for abating noxious weeds, which can create environmental damage and other problems having a harmful effect upon the health and welfare of the public.
