5-6-6: COMPLIANCE REQUIRED, PENALTIES:
It shall be the duty of every person issued any permit pursuant to this chapter to comply with all the provisions of the fireworks act of 1997 1 and this chapter. A violation of the aforesaid fireworks act or any of the provisions of this chapter by the permittee, or by any of its agents, employees, or officers shall constitute a misdemeanor punishable according to section 18-113, Idaho Code as it may from time to time be amended and/or retitled and/or the person committing the violation may be criminally or civilly enjoined from continuing the violation.
