4-7-15: PROHIBITED ACTS OR CONDITIONS:
From and after the effective date of this chapter, it shall be unlawful for any person to construct, install or maintain within any easement or public right of way within the licensed area any equipment or facilities for distribution of any television signals or radio signals through a CATV system, unless a license authorizing such use has first been obtained, and unless such license is in full force and effect. In addition, it shall be unlawful for any licensee, its agents, servants or subcontractors to violate any provision of this chapter. Should a violation of this chapter be committed by an agent, servant or subcontractor of the licensee, prosecution of such violations may be commenced, pursuant to section 4-7-16 of this chapter, against the licensee or against the agent, servant or subcontractor, or against both.
